Sales Consultant
Location:
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Apply strong selling skills in identifying customer needs and providing solutions
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales objectives for the territory
• Monitor competitive landscape and local market trends
• Provide input on marketing and sales plans for the territory
• Assist with Open Houses, Home Shows and other related activities
• Other related duties
Qualifications:
• Experience in sales, preferably in housing or building products industry
• Post-secondary education would be an asset
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision in a fast paced environment
• Self motivated, enthusiastic, customer-driven and self-disciplined
• Strong skills in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be bilingual
