Sales Manager
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, sales driven and self-disciplined individual who thrives in a fast paced environment. This position offers an excellent Full-Time Opportunity for a career minded team player.
The ideal candidate brings a positive, professional attitude with a successful track record in sales management over the last 5 years in a related industry; a post graduate degree; proficient in using Microsoft Office; and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing and executing business plans for all retailers in the assigned territory, understanding the market and potential.
• Conducting training and coaching retailers and staff to maximize market penetration and achieve customer satisfaction objectives.
• Coordinating Home Shows, exhibits and other related event activities.
• Collecting intelligence on the competitive landscape and understanding new products available in the housing market.
• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing relationships with new customers to maximize revenue growth.
