Service Coordinator
The ideal candidate has a Business Technology course in Marketing or equivalent; proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); organized and able to deal with/prioritize multiple tasks and; strong verbal and writing communication skills in both English and French.
Responsibilities:
• Assume process ownership of Service Coordinator including managing the service data base also assisting with managing of walk in traffic and booking of appointments.
• Coordinate marketing promotions (computer work, telephone and meetings required). Task performed on a regular basis.
• Dealer meetings.
• Send company memos to retailers.
• Take minutes of business meetings / Attend meetings.
• Answer customer questions from 1-800 number and web site. 10-20% of workday spent on this task.
• Attend and organize trade shows. This involves setting up kiosk and providing information to customer.
• Attend and organize open houses.
• Process addendums 1-2 times per week.
• Inventory of product samples for retailers.
• Order promotional items.
• Providing office support as needed.
Location: Bouctouche, NB
