Alma Homes and Campers was formed in 1977 in Alma, Pictou Co, NS by Garnet and Mae Worthen with Kent and General Mobile Home Sales along with the Travel Trailers and other RV style units. We employ eight to ten full and part time employees with an Office Sales Building and a sales lot located in busy Westville Road in New Glasgow. We, along with Kent Homes operate a brand new Mini Home Subdivision in Westville with the capacity for approximately 200 units. We also lease three other parks in Pictou Co. We operate a subdivision in Sylvester (about seven miles from New Glasgow), where you can purchase your lot for your new Mini Home or Modular Home. They are over two acre lots in a wooden area.
