With your new Kent Home you can meet national standards for energy efficiency. It's a smart investment that pays off with government incentives, lower utility bills, higher resale value and comfort knowing you're doing your part for our environment. Comparing the average home today at an EnerGuide-77 rating, a Kent home with an EnerGuide-83 rating can reduce your energy consumption by 25% and save more than $1000 per year. The annual savings are based upon annual average energy costs measured in KWH/year as estimated by a third party consultant and will be dependent upon size, regional location, position and cost of energy for each home. Plus, EnerGuide 83 homes could qualify for Government Rebates.

Kent Homes can also exceed this rating and reach levels of 85, 86, 87 and more based on additional options.
Changes to certain features in a Kent home may result in a rating lower than EnerGuide-83.
