Site preparation ensures your land is ready for delivery and set of your modular home. Your dream builder can be as involved as you would like. A project manager can visit your site, review access and services, and help guide you through preparing your location for your new home.
Understanding your property helps your Dream Builder plan your home properly, avoid delays, and identify any site considerations early. This information allows them to confirm delivery access, utilities, and placement so your home is set up for long‑term success.
Delivery Day Has Arrived
Delivery Day is the exciting moment your home arrives on site and is carefully placed on your foundation. Whether from our Comfort Series or custom‑built, seeing your home set in place is a major milestone. While entry is not yet permitted for safety, your Certified Dream Builder will soon begin finishing touches and schedule your official walkthrough.
