Crossroads Hotel

The Crossroads Hotel is a modular hospitality project in Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador. Located at 980 Kenmount Road, this development demonstrates how modular construction can support larger‑scale commercial builds with complex program requirements. 

Built using 42 modules, the hotel includes 56 guest rooms along with a full range of supporting spaces, including a lobby, offices, staff lunchroom, breakfast room, and elevator. The layout was designed to balance guest comfort with efficient operations, creating a functional and welcoming environment for both visitors and staff. 

The Crossroads Hotel highlights how modular construction can be applied to hospitality projects, delivering well‑designed, fully integrated spaces that meet the needs of modern commercial developments.
